Well Child Checks

I'm so glad that today marks the end of getting WCCs every few months! I LOVE that after the kiddos turn two years old, they only have to go to the doctor once a year

(unless sick, of course)!! Today, we had Jonathan and Bella's 2 year WCC! I am proud to report that Bella is FINALLY gaining some weight. For the last year, she has struggled to maintain her weight & weight percentile.

She got as low as the 9th% at one point... BUT... today her weight was in the 30th%!! WAHOO!

Bella weighs 26 pounds...Jonathan weighs 30 pounds!
Bella is 34 1/2 inches tall...Jonathan is 35 1/2 inches tall!

I can look at them and tell how much they've grown... it's amazing to me that just over two years ago, they were only about 6 pounds...they were so tiny... and now look at them!!

For dinner, Xander asked for dasketti (spaghetti)! Not sure why it's so hard for him to say the word, but darn it, that's what he wanted for dinner!

I made a standard canned spaghetti sauce and added ground turkey, italian seasonings, garlic, and 1/2 a block of cream cheese. I love the creamy sauce so much more than just a plain red sauce. The kids loved it too...as you can tell!!

Today was my brother's 21st birthday...makes me feel so old! It's strange to me that he's already 21 years old! Love that kid so much... oops, I guess he's not much of a kid anymore, huh?? Anyways.... just wanna say:

Awww...Happy Birthday to your brother!

I'm glad Bella's growing- 30 percentile is good. Abby has been hovering at the 10 percentile pretty much the whole time.

Okay, and Jonathan just looks TOO grown in the pic with the hat!

Good Job, Bella and Jonathan. :). Mine are around 26 lbs, and they have six months on them!
