Permanently "The Boni Bunch"

Since having the twins, I almost feel like we're a smaller version of the Brady Bunch; so on most everything, I call us the Boni Bunch. Obviously.... even this blog is titled The Boni Bunch. For many, many years, I have wanted to get a tattoo, but nothing ever appealed to me enough to make it permanent on my body!

I wanted to do something that I wouldn't regret doing 30 years from now. PLUS, I've always been a little bit of a chicken! Then... a couple years ago, my friend M said that we should go for this year's birthday! So, I agreed... not really thinking we'd ever do it. A couple months ago, she reminded me of our agreement.... so I figured I'd better come up with something that I wanted tattooed on my body! Then, another friend, A, decided she wanted to take the plunge too! So, we decided to make it a girlie day and go together! I had SO many designs planned out, but then TODAY... the day I had it done... I changed my mind, & this picture is what I went with! I LOVE IT! It's on my ankle. Let me just tell you, in case you're wondering, YES, IT HURT!! At one point (only 2 minutes into the actual process), I said, "I think I'd rather be having contractions right now!" The whole tattoo didn't hurt- the words were the worst.... since it's on my ankle, the lower part of it was more on the ankle bone.... OUCH is all I've gotta say! I do love how it turned out.... and now, like it or not, we are FOREVER...THE BONI BUNCH!!! :)

You know you're a mom if...

...if kids songs are the ones stuck in your head (from Renee)
