Today was a much better day than the last two or three days!
We had Asher's pre-op appointment this morning and got everything set up and ready for his eye surgery next Friday! He'll be having the same thing done as Bella- fixing his lazy eye! I hate how icky the eye looks for those first few days, but I'm glad it'll get fixed!
After his appointment, we came home for a couple hours, then we left again! We picked Xander up from school then went to see Tim at work for a few minutes. Left Tim and went to WalMart.... needed a few groceries PLUS the van needed a new battery! My mom bought the battery for us (THANK YOU, MOMMY!) After shopping around Wally World, we went out for dinner with my mom, Tim, the kids, and the in-laws at CiCis Pizza. Good food...Good company! Now, we're home; the kids are bathed; twins are in bed; big boys are having a "movie night" in mommy/daddy's bed (they love that!); and I'm catching you all up with my life! Aren't you honored!!?? LOL
Finally, the fabulous-ness of our day continues... a great friend of mine (I've known her for 21 years) is at the hospital having a baby. Who knows if it will be today (probably not), but she's there...getting ready to deliver MY new baby! Hehe... I'm sure she won't let me have him, but I just LOVE new babies... and I especially LOVE when close, dear friends have them!
Don't you just LOVE his cute, little, chubby cheeks? I just wanna smooch them!! My only sadness is that she's in Florida... not in Oklahoma :( .... it's times like this that I miss living in Florida!
Congratulations to Brandi & Paul on the (almost) birth of their first son, Brayden!!
