Today was a FANTABULOUS day!
My mother in law came over today around lunchtime, and stayed until around 4pm. The kids had a great time visiting with her.... and I enjoyed her company too! It's always much less lonely when a "growed up" is here with us! Then, my mom came over for a little while.
After the kids and Tim ate dinner, I got to run away!! WAHOO, right??
My friend, Alison, and I decided several weeks ago to go out tonight...she's going away to school tomorrow, so we agreed that, this being her last night, we'd go out and have fun. Over the last few days, our party of two grew to a party of seven!! We had a great time. Our party included my mom, my mother in law, Alison's mom, then our friend Kelly, and Alison's friend Ashley plus Alison and me of course!
We went to see the movie The Help... it was a super good movie. I think most of us cried more than half of the movie- in fact, I left the theater with a headache.
After the movie, we all went to Cheddars for dinner.... the food there is delicious...every time... without disappointment! So, that part of the night was fabulous too!
All in all, it was a Fabulous Friday! Thanks to my hubby for keeping the kids and letting all of us ladies go have a great time!! My only regret for tonight: NOT getting a picture of all 7 of us together!!
