Been Violated

I had quite the rude awakening this morning! The Boni Bunch was violated! We have two cars- that we keep locked- and we don't keep too much of value in them (thank GOD). But when we awoke this morning, we found that both cars had been broken into. You can even see the scratched paint where the thieves used a slim jim to break in. GRRR.

What did they take??

Not much, technically: the access panel on the outside of the car by the hood (odd), some spare change, the armrest/console (weird, right?), all the spare change in the cup holders (maybe a couple dollars), and our mailbox keys (again, weird right?).

Well, the armrest- no biggie, because it doesn't have to be replaced.

Change: who cares?

Mailbox keys: SUCKS... because it costs $25 to replace the locks on the box... GRRR... so while they took something stupid like keys, it's like they stole $25!!

Access Panel: who knows what that will cost, but like I said with the mailbox keys, it'll be like they stole that amount of money from me too!

So, all day long I've thought about WHY US? Why did they choose our house? What about our house and our cars made us the target? I don't like this. I don't like knowing how easy it was for some criminal to break into our locked cars while we were sleeping. UGH!!

And, while I think, Karma sucks & I hope it gets 'em, then I am reminded of some scriptures:

Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord.
Fear not, for I am with you.
Peace I leave with you- MY peace I give unto you- not as the world giveth.

So, as God gives me peace and tells me not to fear, Vengeance is HIS and HE will repay... WAHOO! Good to know that God's got my back!!

Sorry about your car...so annoying. We only had one car broken into...in our driveway....and it was my mother in laws.....she hadn't locked it...and it had a lot of her prescription pills in it...and that seemed to be what they were after.....
that type of stuff is so frustrating.....
