Wonderful Wednesday

Today was, indeed, a WONDERFUL Wednesday!

After dropping Xander off at school, I took the three littles to Tulsa for some shopping with my friend Tami and her girls Lilly & Elly.

We went to Hobby Lobby (I LOVE THAT STORE)... I found all the gifts I needed to buy for our TMOM end of the year banquet coming up in 2 weeks! AND I came in under budget... WAHOO! Then, after the coolest store ever, we went to the NEXT coolest store: Target! Tami bought a yummy Starbucks frapp for me (love my friend) before we started shopping.

I left there then picked up Xander from school. We had a yummy lunch of WalMart deli chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, and grapes. (I realize you probably don't care what we ate, but I'm telling you anyways... HA!)

The kids had nap time...which was nice, peaceful, quiet time for mommy.

After naps, I made dinner. My mom and brother came over for supper and American Idol. It's our Wednesday night ritual! For years, my mom and I have watched Idol together.... kinda tradition at this point! (love her!)

This pic is my dork of a brother (love him too!) acting like he's just gonna eat the pasta out of the pot...forget the bowl & fork!! LOL!

You know you're a mom if...

...if kids songs are the ones stuck in your head (from Renee)
