April Fool's Dinner

Tim and I had this great idea... we invited my mom and his parents to all go out to dinner last night. My mom brought my brother along too...so we had 6 adults and 4 kids... quite the table full! But we went to Golden Corral, so it was "easy dining"!

Anyways, while we were in the middle of dinner, my mother-in-law mentioned something about my blog... PERFECT OPPORTUNITY to slip in my April Fool's joke! (hehe)

Is it wrong that all I could think about to "fool" them was to say- "Ok y'all, we thought tonight would be a good opportunity, since we are all together to tell you something that I didn't want to put up on my blog yet. I wanted to tell you guys first... We're pregnant!!"

The look on my MIL's face....PRICELESS! Sure wish I had the camera cued up at that point! She just said, "no, no, no, no" over and over again. I asked, "would it be a bad thing?" Then she changed what she was saying from NO to "well, I know you aren't ready for another one right now- you're always saying not right now!"

So, knowing she's right, I confessed that it was April Fool's!! LOL.... too funny! Then, my FIL said, "The REAL April Fool's joke is that she REALLY IS pregnant!"

NOT, NOPE, DOUBLE NOT, NADA, and NO WAY!!!!!!

We had a fun night with the whole family together! Hope you enjoy the pics- I took them with my phone, so some are a little fuzzy... but you get the idea!!
