Not a YAY day

Today was kinda rough. Twins were TOTALLY disobedient most of the day... making mommy NOT happy! Asher was VERY emotional... if I looked at him funny, he'd sit there an cry. The three littles were this way all day long! They refused to nap... making mommy even LESS pleased. Bella refused to eat dinner. She just kept giving me her plate saying "no my want it!" UGH.... in the back of my head I hear my mom saying, "if the kids are hungry they will eat, they won't let themselves starve!" SO... I tried really hard to not be aggravated by her not eating, but on top of everything else today, it was very frustrating. Surely I am not alone, right? Surely someone reading this has toddler/preschool aged kids who have not YAY days... right??

Ok...done venting... now on to the fun part of the day.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For dinner, we had nothing spectacular, but it was really good. Normally, when we buy smoked sausage, we buy the cheapest brand... by the time it's cooked, it tastes like glorified hot dogs! They're OK, but not as appealing as the "real" sausage! This last week, we found Eckrich Sausage on sale for CHEAP! So I skillet-grilled 2 packages, plus an onion and 2 red bell peppers and some garlic... grilled it until it looked DELICIOUS! Then I served it up with Lipton Pasta Sides (cheap, but yummy)... the Cheddar Broccoli Pasta. It was a very cheap meal, but it was so good... Bella missed out!
OOPS...totally missed posting Days 3-4 of the Teacher gifts... So here's the sayings, but I forgot to take pictures....
Day 3 : (3 binder clips)
On the 3rd day of Christmas
I give you binder clips
I know it may be tempting
To use them on my lips!!
Day 4: (4 rulers)
On the 4th day of Christmas
I give a ruler, straight.
It's good to keep things uniform
Sometimes when we create.
Today is Day 5...well, technically it's day 6, but Xander's school was closed on Monday because of a gas leak. SO, on the last day, the teacher will have to get 2 gifts to make up for the missed day.... ANYWAYS....
Day 5: (5 boxes of Jell-O)
On the 5th day of Christmas
Some Jell-O for a snack
Sorry, that's all the food
I could fit in my backpack!
Hoping your Wednesday was more pleasant than the Boni Bunch Wednesday! Today was rough... TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER :)
