I found SO many great ideas online and on Pinterest and have incorporated it all into what I am hoping will be the "best birthday ever!"
So, here's my invitation:

| Man 1: Didja hear about Xander's party? His 7th birthday party is (time/place)... it'll be lots of fun! Man 2: Awesome, I'll be sure to RSVP to Rachel at... |
I put two of Xander's Lego Guys on the Lego board and took the picture, then used a photo editing program to make the picture an invitation! So cool, right??
I also made Lego Man stencils with freezer paper and ironed it onto shirts:
I had my four kiddos paint their shirts beforehand so they could wear them to the party; they had fun painting and the shirts turned out cute. The picture is a little fuzzy, but you get the idea!
So, I made enough t-shirts for all the kids that Xander invited to the party. Well, I stenciled them so that the kiddos can paint their own shirts. I'm sure that'll be all kinds of messy fun!!
I decorated the plates with various Lego man faces I found on Google Images. Here's an example of the plates:
We put together goodie bags. These are the name cards I put in each of them:
Just like I did the invitations, I put the Lego Man on the board and took a picture, then personalized it. Each of the goodie bags have their own personalized name cards, plus a mini-Lego, bubbles, a punch balloon, and a bunch of candy- including the building block candy that you can really build with like Legos. Here's how they look:
We're having the party at a park with a splash pad; we'll have pizza and an AWESOME cake; I'm looking forward to lots of fun... I'll post again tomorrow with all the pictures of the actual party! Xander is SO very excited!

Can't wait! And if you think I'm excited, you should see Jackson! lol He was dressed by 7:30 this morning!
