My fridge

Today's challenge prompt:

Name five things in your refrigerator right now and tell how you feel about them.

1. How do comedians like their eggs?
FUNNY SIDE UP!!

Hahahaha!!

I love eggs! I love them scrambled and gooey with lots of cheese. I love them over-medium on toast or in grits... not just by themselves though because I don't like that the dippy part oozes all over the place and makes a mess (yes, I know it's called a yolk). I love them over-hard with cheese melted on top served on toast with Miracle Whip and mustard!

2. Got Milk?
I do!! I have 2 gallons of white milk and 1 gallon of chocolate milk. Why so much? That's nothing! That amount will probably only last this week! My kids and hubby drink SO much milk. I say it's their fault because it TOTALLY is! I don't like milk. The only time you will see me WILLINGLY drinking milk is if I have a big brownie or chocolate cookies in hand. Otherwise... blech!

3. Hidden Valley Ranch

I am a ranch-snob. There is no ranch dressing that tastes as good as Hidden Valley! We have ranch on hand...or in fridge... at all times! Everything is better with ranch dressing... EVERYTHING!

4. Diet Coke
I love my Diet Coke. I start most mornings with a can. I end most evenings with a can. And I normally have one or two during the day! Don't even try to give me Diet Pepsi or Diet Generic... I will know the difference and will abhor it! LOL... I MIGHT be slightly addicted!

5. Artichokes

Tim loves these pretty little flowers... Xander loves them... I do not! They are visually appealing... they really are. But eating them is not "fun" ... having to scrape the "meat" off the leaves- one leaf at a time. And they remind me of grass... like tasting what fresh-cut grass smells like. Does that make sense? I don't know... they are just icky! I DO like artichoke hearts mixed into a spinach dip, but otherwise nope. Don't like them. That said, Tim LOVES it when I cook them for him :)
