Sausage & Potato Bake

If you have followed my blog for any length of time, you'd know that on Sundays, since I sleep most of the day (because I work overnights on weekends), IF I am going to blog at all, it'll be what we ate for dinner! LOL...there isn't too much more to write about unless I share my dreams with you... and that's just odd!

So, for dinner, Tim told me what he wanted me to do:

Ingredients:
6-8 small potatoes- cubed into small bite-size pieces
1 lb smoked sausage- cut up into small bite-size pieces
1 onion- sliced into strips
2 10 oz cans cream of soup- I used 1 can cream of chicken & 1 can cream of potato
1 Cup shredded cheese- I used 1/2 C pepper jack & 1/2 C colby
seasonings- I used Lawry's, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder

Here's what I did:
*In a saucepan on medium heat, warm the soup and cheese until creamy.
*In a 9X13 pan,  layer potatoes first, then onion, then sausage, sprinkle with Lawry's & pepper, then pour soup/cheese mixture over the top, and finally, sprinkle with garlic &onion powders. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350 until potatoes are done!
(hint, the smaller you cut the potatoes, the less time it takes to cook!)

before adding the soup/cheese

Finished delicious dinner

Let me just say...this was DELICIOUS and so easy!!
