New Blogger

I am new to this whole blogging thing!! I guess it's all about random thoughts, right? I am enjoying some peace and quiet while my 4 kiddos are sleeping! I could be sleeping, but sometimes I just need some silence.... well, it was silent until my friend called....I am sitting here at the computer talking to my obnoxious friend, Shannon! She's in the bathtub enjoying peace & quiet at her house too.... and cracking up laughing because she's getting mentioned on here for the whole world to see! LOL
Anyways, my boys, Xander and Asher ran back and forth from one side of the living room to the other all morning.... they were exhausted when I put them down! Asher cracked me up though... dunno how he did it, but I went to change his diaper and when I took off his jammys, the diaper was down in the leg of the pj's. So, he was essentially diaper-less.... and therefore the pj's were pee-soaked! I just thought he was wet from having too much to drink this morning! Little did I know!
Xander is all about loving his little sister! He likes Jonathan just fine, but when it comes to Isabella, he can't stop giving her kisses! I put a bow on her head, (the bow that Aunt Shannon gave her), and he said "Mommy, she's so pretty... I have to kiss the little Princess!" I love seeing him with his brothers and sister! He carries on conversations with Asher as though he understands everything Asher is saying... Asher only speaks 15 month old babble- basically the gaga, goo-goo and an occasional "yep" here and there. Somehow though, Xander gets "You want to play with the fire truck?" out of what Asher is saying! It's so fun to watch! I can't wait to see if they get along this well as they get older.
I already know Isabella is doomed.... no boyfriends for her with 3 brothers looking over her shoulder!!! Poor girl! Aunt Shannon thinks Isabella should be a girlie girl.... I just can't see it though! The idea of even having a girl scared me to death! I was such a tomboy growing up that I don't know what I will do if she's a little Priss! I will need lots of help from all of my girlie friends if that's the case! I think however she ends up will be one extreme or another... either really rough and tumble from having 3 brothers or she'll be a diva because she wants to be completely separate from her brothers! That'll be interesting to watch too!
I guess I'll get off here for today... I feel like I've been on the computer all day. I am addicted to Facebook; so I am hoping this will help me get away from it... sooner or later, I may need something to break my blogging addiction. That's all for now! TTFN!
