Bacon Wrapped Eggs

Found an idea for a fun new recipe... it was SO good and so simple! Here's what I did:

1. Bake bacon on foil lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for about 14 minutes- until brown, but not crispy. Remove from oven and let cool on paper towels.


2. In greased muffin pan, put bacon around edge, plus a small piece in the bottom to serve as a "base".


3. Crack egg into middle of bacon. Top with salt and pepper.

5. Top with cheese.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 14 minutes or until eggs are set!


Finished product... DELICIOUS!! I ate it with a fork, but it would be just as easy to pick it up! Will DEFINITELY do this one again!
