Fun and busy day

Yesterday, I worked on making sauce and meatballs. For those of you who don't know, my husband is Italian. So, with his family comes many yummy recipes! One of which is Grandma Boni's pasta sauce and meatballs. The process takes about 45 minutes of prep time, then minimum of 4 hours of simmering time. Makes the WHOLE house smell yummy!
SO, today, with that yummy sauce, I made some lasagna. OMG...it was delicious! So, once again, the house smelled yummy! The lasagna process takes another 45 minutes probably of prep time, then cooks for almost an hour... SO, it was a time consuming project.
In the midst of all the day's normal stuff, I stayed busy with other stuff! I had to work on my agenda for tonight's TMOM meeting, edit some paperwork that I needed to get done, get gifts ready for my friend who had babies yesterday, went to Sams before the TMOM meeting; then after the meeting, went to the hospital to see my friend & her babies (perfectly beautiful...like baby dolls), then went to Zios for dessert with some of my TMOM friends. Whew... this day is exhausting.
NOW...to top it all off, I have a tooth ache... BOO... guess tomorrow I'll call the dentist. Tomorrow we'll be doing the pre-op appointment for Bella's eye surgery with her doctor... so we'll find out more info about EXACTLY what they'll be doing! I'll keep you posted on all that... BE SURE OF THAT!! LOL
