Xander's Ears

So...today we went to the ENT doctor. Xander asked me "Mommy, why is he a ear, nose and throat doctor?" I said, "Well, because he looks in your ears, your nose, and your throat to make sure everything is okay in there!" While we were there, we found out that he does, in fact, need to have surgery to remove the straggling tube!! And, we'll be having his adenoids out at that time as well... we'll be doing this all on Tuesday, June 23rd!! Poor kid... poor mommy! I hated seeing him all doped up from anesthetics when he had surgery before... it's awful they have to do it again! But, maybe this will help keep him from getting ear infections all the time!!!
So, on our way home from the ENT, Xander starts whining.... I asked him what was wrong... get this, he said, "Mommy, the doctor looked in my throat and my ears, but he forgot to look in my nose!!!" LOL!!
