At dinner last night, Asher would NOT eat his food...well, let me clarify: he ate a few bites, but wouldn't finish. Tim got up and got an ice cream sandwich out of the freezer....Asher, of course, HAD to have it! Tim said, "No, Asher, daddy ate all his supper, so I get ice cream! You haven't eaten your supper yet!" Immediately, as if to prove Tim wrong, he picked up his spoon & put ALL of the rest of his food in his mouth at one time...just so he would be done. The boy knows how to get what he wants!! Silly kid!
Yesterday, while I was feeding the babies, I told Xander that he needed to pick up his toys around the living room. Instead, he decided Spongebob was more important.....WRONG! My mom was over, so I asked her to turn off the TV so Xander could do what I told him to do. She did.... He yelled at me "I AM SO MAD AT YOU RIGHT NOW!" It was very, very difficult to NOT laugh...I told him, "Xander, it's OK for you to be mad at me, that's fine, but you still need to clean up the living room." Reluctantly, he picked up his toys...but he was mad!!! LOL!
