Steal, Kill, and Destroy

So many people right now are asking, "Why did God do this?

I'm here to tell ya,

GOD didn't do it!!!

Every GOOD gift is from HIM.

The devil comes to STEAL, KILL, AND DESTROY!

Are you sad? Has your joy been stolen? That's the devil, not God!

Are you experiencing anxiety? GOD gives a sound mind! The devil has stolen your soundness!

Are you dying from disease? GOD didn't put that on you. HE gives life abundantly... the devil comes to kill!

Whenever I'm in the middle of a bad situation, I have to step back and realize that it's not GOD giving me the bad. HE gives me the good. The bad is from the devil and I have authority over him!! My God is bigger than the thief that prowls around in the night seeking to steal, kill and destroy!

Gotta refocus. Give glory to the LORD for His peace that passes understanding, for the power, love, and sound mind that HE gives, for every good & perfect gift that comes from above! If it's not good, it's not from God!! Plain and simple! We need to stop blaming God for our trials and heartaches and pain. His plan for us is for a hope and a future... not to harm!

Rachel, what a good reminder in light of the current catastrophe in our state. It's encouraging to hear the reports beginning to come out now of the miracles of God's hand of protection delivering so many.

You know you're a mom if...

...if kids songs are the ones stuck in your head (from Renee)
...if you realize your kids are 3 years old and it is time to start carrying a normal purse and no longer the diaper bag as your purse (from Renee)
